Как сообщил на совещании в горсовете главный государственный санитарный врач города Василий Гончаренко, анализ девяти взятых сотрудниками СЭС проб посуды, произведенной в Китае, показал, что концентрация формальдегида в ней превышает предельно допустимые нормы от трех до пяти раз.

Вся внушительная партия посуды была снята с реализации. В ближайшее время специалисты СЭС по этому поводу проведут еще несколько рейдов по всем городским рынкам.

Следует уточнить, что формальдегид является ядовитым веществом и относится ко второму классу опасности. Попадание формальдегида в организм способствует возникновению онкологических заболеваний и заболеваний желудочно-кишечного тракта.
